Release

On January 16, 2026 two new portrait CDs will be released by Ensemble Modern Media, and both their titles and their music follow the »threads« connecting performers and composers: ›draad‹ by clarinettist Jaan Bossier and ›Ariadni’s Thread‹ by Giorgos Panagiotidis. Both albums are artistic portraits in which personal stories, discoveries and musical relationships become audible. On December 11, the two musicians present their CDs as part of the series ›Offene Ohren‹ (Open Ears) of the Friends of Ensemble Modern at the building of the Deutsche Ensemble Akademie.
