Sound Port Frankfurt

At our shared location, the Ensemble Modern, the International Ensemble Modern Academy and the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie will bundle our competencies, energies and experience to create an innovative space for music.

Sound Port Frankfurt will provide impulses for the further development of music history, resonating globally as a creative centre located in Frankfurt. Our focus is on strengthening the future viability and resilience of the three organizations, developing innovative formats and integrating within the city’s civic society.

Sound Port Frankfurt was developed as part of VISION 2030. VISION 3030 was co-initiated and made possible by the Crespo Foundation, implemented with help from the umbrella organization Deutsche Ensemble Akademie e.V. and accompanied by the consultancy SOCIUS Organisationsberatung gGmbH.
