Daycare and family concerts

For the first time, Ensemble Modern is presenting concerts for children aged 3 to 6 in the building of Deutsche Ensemble Akademie e.V. – on weekdays for nurseries and daycare, and at weekends as family concert for children and their parents or other adult companions. In these concerts, children and adults can delve into a world of sounds, movement and surprises, guided by the music educator Gabriele Baba and five members of Ensemble Modern. The music invites everyone to listen attentively, to marvel – and to experience it with all the senses. On this journey through a fascinating sonic landscape, curiosity, joyful discoveries and shared listening are the focus of attention.

The daycare and family concerts are a project by Sound Port Frankfurt 2030 – Workshop for Music and Experiment. Funded by the Crespo Foundation.
