Final Concerts of the IEMA-Ensemble 2018/19

After a year of intense studies led by members of Ensemble Modern as well as numerous concerts and guest performances, the IEMA Ensemble 2018/19 completes its year of studies with concerts in Utrecht, Mannheim, Frankfurt and Cologne. At the HfMDK in Frankfurt, the programme includes contemporary music classics, but also four new works by young composers of the Ulysses Network (Bianca Bongers, Leonardo Marino, Elnaz Seyedi, Michael Taplin), all of them German premieres. At the Alte Oper Frankfurt, the ensemble joins the actor Janning Kahnert in Arnold Schoenberg’s ›Ode an Napoleon‹.
