Checkpoint Hainbach

The next concert in the series ›Checkpoint‹ features the composer, performer, plug-in developer and YouTube personality Hainbach from Berlin. Hainbach creates electroacoustic music using synthesizers, testing devices, magnetic tapes and old equipment, such as Soviet fax machines or printers. Apart from his live performances, his popularity is based on his YouTube channel, where he offers glimpses of his studio and offers his knowledge of analogous music production to a broad audience. Double bassist Paul Cannon established contact with Hainbach: »Hainbach takes a unique approach to discovering the hidden potential of all kinds of objects and vintage electronics.
