Spring Concerts

Since October 2017, the 15 students of the master’s degree course International Ensemble Modern Academy in cooperation with the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main have been working together as the IEMA Ensemble 2017/18, rising to the challenges of contemporary music. In their three spring concerts, they present milestones of the 20th century, chamber music and ensemble works with and without electronics, and the world premiere of ›Fiction‹ by the South Korean composition fellow Yongbom Lee, offering the audience a multitude of perspectives on the different variants of contemporary music.
