Three-Part Ballet Evening

In cooperation with the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, members of Ensemble Modern will present a ›Three-Part Ballet Evening‹ by Jacopo Godani in Frankfurt am Main (November 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 at 8 pm) and Dresden (December 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10 at 8 pm). Godani has been the company’s artistic director and choreographer since the 2015/2016 season. The evening begins with ›Moto Perpetuo‹, set to music by 48nord. The second part features a live performance by Ruslan Bezbrozh, the pianist and répétiteur of the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, of Maurice Ravel’s ›Gaspard de la Nuit‹, which accompanies the new production ›Echoes from a restless soul‹. In the third part, Ensemble Modern performs Béla Bartók’s String Quartet No. 4, featured in the new work ›Metamorphers‹.
