"Vienna lines"

At the Apollotheater in Siegen, the Ensemble Modern Orchestra performs works of the Viennese composers Roman Haubenstock-Ramati, Beat Furrer, Friedrich Cerha and Anestis Logothetis on November 11. Beat Furrer will conduct his own works “Xenos” and “La bianca note”, Friedrich Cerha’s “Bruchstück, geträumt” and Roman Haubenstock-Ramati’s “Credentials or Think, Think Lucky”, setting a text by Samuel Beckett. Tony Arnold (soprano) and Holger Falk (baritone) perform the vocal parts. With a “54-year delay”, there will also be a world premiere, the “Six Orchestra Songs” setting poems by Friedrich Nietzsche by Anestis Logothetis.
